Robert Hicks is the executive editor (digital) at Men’s Health UK. A Sport Science graduate and author of three fitness books published by Bloomsbury, Robert has written numerous articles on health, fitness and nutrition and created several documentaries, most notably Britain’s Steroid Epidemic and The Faces of Attempted Suicide. Robert has been working at Men's Health UK for seven years.

Scarlett Wrench, Senior Editor

With more than 12 years’ experience as a health and lifestyle editor, Scarlett has a keen interest in new science, emerging trends, mental well-being, food and nutrition. For Men’s Health, she has carried out extensive research into areas such as wellness in the workplace, male body image, the paradoxes of modern masculinity, and mental health among school-age boys.

Scarlett is a lapsed CrossFitter, a slow runner and a give-it-a-goer of any new fitness trend. Her words have also appeared in Women’s Health, Runner’s World and The Sunday Times.

Daniel Davies, Deputy Digital Editor

Daniel is Men’s Health UK’s deputy digital editor. He’s a writer and editor with a decade’s worth of experience covering health, fitness, tech and sports. In his time at Men’s Health, he’s written about everything from Black men's mental health to The Rock's cheat days and has logged training time with NFL footballers, Olympic gymnasts and the British Army. In his spare time he enjoys fitness of all kinds, from deadlifts to long runs, and is always on the lookout for his next challenge.

Andrew Tracey, Fitness Editor

With almost 18 years in the health and fitness space as a personal trainer, nutritionist, breath coach and writer, Andrew has spent nearly half of his life exploring how to help people improve their bodies and minds. Andrew prides himself on keeping Men’s Health at the forefront of reliable, relatable and credible fitness information, whether that’s through writing and testing thousands of workouts each year, taking deep dives into the science behind muscle building and fat loss or exploring the psychology of performance and recovery.

Andrew is a lover of the practical as much as the theory and regularly puts his training to the test tackling everything from CrossFit and strongman competitions, to ultra marathons, to multiple 24-hour workout stints and (extremely unofficial) world record attempts.

Kate Neudecker, Fitness Writer

Kate is a fitness writer for Men’s Health UK who spends her day creating workouts and writing about training tips and nutrition guides. Kate has a post graduate diploma in Sports Performance Nutrition and is also a personal trainer with more than 5,000 hours of coaching experience under her belt. Kate also has a keen interest in volunteering for animal shelters and when she isn’t lifting weights in her garden and trying the latest workout classes round the city, she can be found walking her rescue dog.

Luke Chamberlain, E-comms Senior Writer

Luke is Men's Health UK's senior e-commerce writer, specialising in reviewing the latest health and fitness products. Luke interviews some of the world's most knowledgeable experts across menswear, grooming, fitness equipment and nutrition to help readers make smart decisions when shopping online. He has an MA in Magazine Journalism and has worked as a journalist for titles like The Recommended, Outdoor Swimmer magazine and B2B publications. When he's not compiling round-ups of the best expert-verified products, Luke can be found training for running events, playing squash or swimming at one of London's lidos.
