Zoe Saldaña recently provided a behind-the-scenes glimpse of her life on set—and of the tattoos that she has on her upper body. But it's hard to focus on the tattoos when she is showing off her super-toned abs at the same time.

“#worklife,” Zoe captioned the video, which showed the actress rocking an unadorned torso and arms. Naturally, her fans hopped to the comments section to hype her up: “Perfection has a name!!” wrote an admirer. While another follower added, “What a babe.” Even Kate Hudson had to agree with “🔥🔥.”

But back to the star’s abs. If you’re wondering what Saldaña does to stay so strong, you're certainly not alone.

It should be no surprise that Saldaña stays super busy with her work schedule, so she has typically had to squeeze in her workouts where they fit in. "Between travel, meetings, and shoots, schedules are rough for me," she told Shape back in 2017. "I try to work out three times a week, but I don't believe in getting on one machine for 30 minutes."

Lucky for her followers, Saldaña shares some clips of her workouts on IG. In one post, she focuses on functional strength and movement. “Doing workouts that get my neuromuscular system to activate has helped my body to work even more efficiently. Nothing better than feeling strong!” Zoe captioned the post.

In the footage, Saldaña crushes some glute bridges with her feet on a Bosu ball before moving to banded hip extensions. She then does more work with those resistance bands—stretching out her wrists and raising her hands overhead. FYI, these subtle band movements can help to strengthen all areas of the body. Saldañaalso does lunges with the bands, which will definitely tone the core, booty, and legs, all at the same time.

The actress hasn’t shared a ton about her diet recently, but in the past, she told Bon Appetit that her family eats an 80% gluten-free diet. One of their favorite meals, she shared, is a gluten-free pizza with cherry tomatoes, arugula, and mushrooms. And to make sure Saldaña gets enough protein for all her intense gym sessions, she likes to fuel up with organic turkey breast and grilled fish.
