Welcome to 2023!

YOU MIGHT NOT believe it, but we've made it through another year.

As 2022 fades in the rearview mirror of your life and you set out on the metaphorical road of the year ahead, you should take a moment to appreciate all of the hard work and effort you put into your fitness routine during the last 12 months. Think of the fun you had with training partners, the toughest feat you accomplished, and everything you got out of all that effort.

Done that? Good. A moment is all you get. Now it's time to set off on a new journey, with a new set of goals to accomplish. Whether you're a PR-focused powerlifter, a mile-churning marathoner, a mirror-gazing musclehead, or just someone who wants to stay active and healthy, the start of another year provides you with an opportunity to refocus (or if you're just starting out, establish) your fitness identity for the year. You can try on an entirely different one for size—or, if you're happy with how you've been progressing with your workouts, you can recommit to the routine that's worked so well for you. No matter what, choose to commit to yourself. You won't regret the time you spend if you're putting in effort for you.

Need some guidance to start down the right path? We've got plenty of workout routines and advice to get you going. From a full-body New Year's workout plan for January to the best tips to keep your resolution right and what we expect fitness in 2023, we're here to help you make this the best year yet for your fitness.

For everything else, you can also use the categories below to keep you on the right track—and keep coming back to Mens Health throughout the year for more information and inspiration to support you on your fitness journey. These exercises, workouts, and programs will help you to be a healthier, no matter what 2023 throws at us.
