RELEASE
For valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I authorize Hearst Magazine Media, Inc., Hearst Magazines, Inc. and each of their affiliates (“Hearst”), acting through each of their agents, employees, or representatives, to take and/or use photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of me and statements made by me, provided by me to you, and/or given in an interview (including my name, my image, my likeness, my performance, and/or my voice, along with any responses to surveys and/or questions that I may provide) (collectively, the “Materials”). I represent that I am of full age to make this agreement in my own name. I also grant Hearst an irrevocable and unlimited right to reproduce, use, exhibit, display, perform, broadcast, create derivative works from, and distribute the Materials and any story, article, or publication in any form arising from the Materials (together, the “Content”) in any manner or media now existing or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, throughout the world. I agree that the Materials and/or Content may be used by Hearst, its advertisers and sponsors and licensees, including its assigns and transferees, for any purpose, including but not limited to, marketing, advertising, publicity, or other promotional purposes. I agree that Hearst will have final editorial authority over the use of the Materials and/or Content, and I waive any right to inspect or approve of any future use of the Materials and/or Content. I acknowledge that I am not expecting to receive compensation for the Materials and/or Content or for any future use of the Materials and/or Content. I release and fully discharge Hearst, and its parents, subsidiaries, employees, agents, and representatives, advertisers, sponsors, and licensees, from any claim, damages, or liability arising from or related to my participation in any interview, the Materials, Content and/or any future use of the Materials and/or Content. I represent that I am over the age of 18, and have the authority to grant you the rights herein granted.
